Coaching has always been a passion of mine. With a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Concentration in Psychology from UF, I'm naturally drawn to people and embrace the human connection. I've been coaching in different capacities for more than 20 years, primarily focusing on team and talent development. But during my cancer recovery, I realized how passionate I am about health & wellness and quality of life. I launched my first fitness business as a Personal Trainer and 3 years later became a Certified Life Coach, tying together both physical and mental elements to Quality of Life Coaching.
Whether it's prioritizing self-care, or getting through daily life challenges, I love supporting people and empowering them to find ways to be the healthiest and happiest version they can be.

My mission as a coach is to help improve your quality of life by coaching you through challenges, one session at a time. I believe optimal health & wellness encompasses physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Sometimes it's as simple as putting together a consistent fitness and diet regimen, but other times it involves helping you find the answers to really tough questions that may be creating negative headspace or causing mental roadblocks.

My goal is for every client to walk away from a session feeling strong and empowered.
I offer 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions in person or via televideo. My areas of expertise include physical fitness, mental health & well-being, stress management, work-life balance, time management, work performance, and finding joy in life.
As partners, we discuss your challenges, find answers to tough questions, set direction, create goals with actionable steps, and provide accountability, all focusing on improving your current state of wellness so we can move you towards a more balanced, healthier, and happier lifestyle.

One 20-30 minute discovery call via Zoom. Lets get to know each other, discuss your needs, and go over the process. We can also include a mini-coaching session to see if we're a good client/coach match.
One 45-60 minute coaching session via Zoom. This is a great way to test the waters! We'll set goals, discuss roadblocks, and come up with a clear action plan to overcome your challenges. Ideal for clients who prefer to meet intermittently. Pay per session.
4 weekly Zoom sessions to be scheduled within 45 days. This includes an email follow-up each week. This is perfect for clients building new habits and seeking consistent accountability and continuous growth.
10 sessions to be scheduled within 3 months. This includes 8 coaching sessions, 2 check-in sessions, and 1 weekly follow-up email. Ideal for clients who want to explore on a deeper level.
Ideal for clients who embrace ongoing coaching and continuous progress. With the monthly subscription, you have the option to schedule up to 4 sessions per month with unlimited email follow-ups and check-ins.
